I’ve ordered the wrong size, how do I replace it?

If you realize, you’ve ordered the wrong size before the product has left our warehouse, please write to us at zcostagrp@gmail.com and we will help you with the right size. However, we cannot help you if your order has already been shipped.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

Our products go through strict quality checks before they are shipped. However, if you do receive a damaged product, please write to us at szcostagrp@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Also note: We don't do any refunds.
