How do I know my order is confirmed?

When will my order be shipped?


We start processing orders within 24 hours. Orders are shipped out within 1-3 days of receiving them.

If I entered the wrong address. What do I do?


We will deliver the products ordered by you to the shipping address that you transmit at the time of your order. If the shipping address on the order is incorrect, Monkeytricks won't be held liable. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address while placing your order.

 

How do I track my order?


You will receive a tracking number via email and the details of the service provider as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note, the package may not be trackable until the shipment has been picked up and scanned by the carrier.

How do I cancel the order that I have placed?


Monkeytricks allows you to cancel your order at any point before it is packed and shipped out from our warehouse. This typically happens within 12 hours once we receive your order.
