We reserve the right to update any prices of the products listed on the website or discontinue them at our sole discretion.

Offers:

We reserve the right to launch it, discontinue, or extend any offers mentioned on the website, based on our sole discretion. We also have the right to cancel any order in case there’s coupon abuse. Multiple coupons are not allowed in an order.

Delivery:

We deliver our products in and across India. We initiate order processing and delivery at the earliest but sometimes deliveries can get delayed due to circumstances that are beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once the shipment has left our warehouse. Orders shall only be delivered to the address submitted when the order is placed. In event of an error in any of the information submitted, we are not responsible for the order not being delivered to the intended recipient. Therefore, we highly recommend that our customers submit the correct details to avoid any inconveniences.

Returns:

We do not accept returns for hygiene purposes. We however exchange products if our customer care team confirms, after conducting the necessary due diligence, that the product received by the customer was faulty/damaged. When you submit a request for an exchange we offer a pick-up service only in case of damaged products, and your requests shall be processed once we receive the items subject to discussion returned to us in their entirety.
